Clary Sage seems to support vivid dreams by strengthening the ability to dream. Use it in the evening, in a bath or sprayed into the air or on a pillow. It is believed to reinforce insights.
At a spiritual level, Clary Sage influences this inner insight. It helps us to see and understand things more clearly.
Blends well with Cedarwood, Citronella, Geranium, Grapefruit, Lavender, and Sandalwood.
Do not used Clary Sage when consuming alcohol.
